I had a serious problem with my pull down push up honeycomb window coverings I purchased from The Blinds Man. The problem started about 8 months after they were installed. When I would push them up, it billowed over and I couldn’t raise it. They happily replaced it. Then a couple months later, the same problem occurred w/ this new window covering. They quickly replaced it again. This was a positive customer service experience. I am pleased with the results.
