I had a serious problem with my pull down push up honeycomb window coverings I purchased from The Blinds Man. The problem started about 8 months after they were installed. When I would push them up, it billowed over and I couldn’t raise it. They happily replaced it. Then a couple months later, the same problem occurred w/ this new window covering. They quickly replaced it again. This was a positive customer service experience. I am pleased with the results.

We had the absolute best experience with The Blinds Man! From setting the initial appointment to having our windows measured to installment-everything was perfect! Logan was quick to get our home measured and our blinds ordered and the color he helped select is perfect. We cannot recommend them more and will always go to them in the future.
I work for an interior designer in town, and we used the Blinds Man to install a plantation shutter for a lake condo. Logan was such a great help and communicated perfectly! The shutter looked amazing also!
We're in the process of moving to Lexington from North Carolina. Someone at Lowe's referred us to The Blinds Man shop. We were just looking for a valance clip, but from the woman at the front desk to the people in the back, everyone at this store just went out of their way to help us, and when they didn't have in stock what we needed, they took the time to come out to the car as we were leaving and gave us a website to search! In addition, another woman who works at the store was kind enough to tell us that we could use velcro to attach the valance instead of clips. It's not often that you find such kindness and sincere niceness in businesses anymore. We both felt that we were in a time warp and had landed on Walton's Mountain. When our blinds at the house we've bought need replacing--and they will--this store will be the first place we shop. Just a remarkable experience.
Our blinds needed updating. Logan answered our questions and made great suggestions. He came to our home and did all the measurements. Ryan, our installer, was efficient , on time , and left the house clean. He made sure , everything was installed properly. I would highly recommend them.

I love everything about my dealings with The Blinds Man, the blinds – the price – the delivery speed – the installation – the communication with Debbie and Melissa throughout the process. In the midst of a massive remodel, it was great to hand the window treatments off to someone else and have it go smooth as silk!

Great service. I needed a set of blinds on a very high window. No one else in town was able or willing to take on the job. The Blinds Man was great to work with. The installer even removed the old curtain rod and spackled and touched up the paint for me. Would definitely recommend.
